How are the blocks produced?
Lubricate the molds (engine oil + diesel fuel 1k1 in case a cement / special grease solution based on wax or water-soluble fats) in a small layer, fill it with gypsum or cement. We expect a sufficient hardness of the product and remove it from the mold. Since the molds are made of plastic - there may be slight difficulties in the removal, but this should not be if you do everything correctly - carefully lubricate the molds, work at room temperature, etc. The second half is poured into the second form, we wait a bit for the mixture to thicken and put the first half properly on the filled second half - we glue both parts together. They waited, the product hardened, the block was removed from the mold. It may be necessary to clean or cut off the joints - this should be done immediately or for a short time, when the gypsum is still wet and easily cut.
